We’re seeking a marketing specialist to drive leads for our b2b business. This role will own all social media campaigns, paid campaigns and lead acquisition programs for B2B products of HackerEarth.

  • Leverage Social Media channels to position HackerEarth as a b2b enterprise player with solutions in innovation management and talent management
  • Own quarterly lead targets for domestic and international geo for both the b2b products
  • Drive paid and non paid campaigns to build monthly lead funnel for both the products(Sprint & Recruit)
  • Work closely with Brand team, Category Team and Product team to ensure smooth execution of campaigns globally.
  • Ensure all communications (FB, Twitter, Linkedin, Instagram, etc) are in line with the business & brand guidelines
  • Keep close watch on competition. Share best practices with the team
  • Manage marketing budget for b2b campaigns
  • Identify new channels to keep the lead funnel growing
  • Share reports/insights on the channel performance with the respective stakeholders
  • Ensure regular audit and reporting of all channels with the stakeholders
  • Work closely with Category teams to ensure the calendar of activities is in syn


To be successful in this role, you will have:
  • Experience in generating leads for b2b products (SaaS & Enterprise)
  • Experience in handling FaceBook, Linkedin, Twitter for b2b brands
  • Knowledge and hands-on exp in Google adwords, Google analytics, Remarketing,
  • Display advertising, Programmatic, Affiliate networks and managing email campaigns.
  • Outstanding Communication Skills
  • Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders
